Closing your account ends your sign-in here straight away: the password stops working, and so does the link on any invoice. Orders already placed carry on to delivery, and the invoices, quotes and payments we hold stay in our accounting records for six years from the end of the financial year they fall in — the period HMRC requires business records to be kept for, and the one set out in our privacy notice. If you would like us to remove everything we are not obliged to keep, get in touch and we will.
