How your order travels
What happens between the order being confirmed and the box arriving. The contractual version of this (title, risk and your rights) is in the terms; this page is the practical one.
- Delivery
- £12 per order, anywhere in the United Kingdom, for delivery the next working day. The charge is the same whatever the order contains.
- Despatch
- Orders confirmed before 15:00 on a working day go the same day. Everything else goes on the next despatch run.
- Packaging
- Vials are packed sealed and cushioned in an outer box, with the despatch note enclosed. Nothing on the outside of the box names the contents.
- Cold chain
- Lyophilised material is stable in transit at ambient temperature for the length of a domestic delivery, which is why it is supplied dry.
- Carriers
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the United Kingdom, tracked. Your tracking number is sent by email when the order leaves.
- Outside the UK
- We ship within the United Kingdom only. Where we do ship outside the UK, import compliance and any duty are the customer's responsibility. See the terms.
- If something is wrong
- Damaged, missing or not what the despatch note says: tell us as soon as you can and we will put it right. Keep the packaging until it is settled.
