What happens once you press send, and the details that save a round of emails on the two enquiries that need them most.

When we reply

Enquiries are answered by email in the order they arrive, normally within two working days. Anything that arrives at a weekend or on a UK public holiday is answered on the next working day.

If nothing has reached you, check the junk folder before writing again. A reply carrying a certificate as an attachment is the one most likely to be filtered.

Certificates of analysis

Choose COA request and give the product name and the batch number from the label. For something you have not ordered yet, the product name is enough and we will send the certificate for the batch currently in stock.

  • We cannot advise on how these materials are used, and enquiries asking for that are not answered.
